Kick Boxing has grown into one of the most popular cardiovascular exercises in practice today. Our program provides many fun and challenging exercises accompanied with music and sweat. Its a kick-butt, sweat pouring, bag slamming, aggression-releasing, power punching workout for the "bored with the spa scene, raging kick boxer inside us all! Each session, provides a strong cardio workout, helps increase stamina, improve balance, tone muscle and can even increase your metabolism. It's a fun way to stay in shape! Each class concludes with Tai Chi Yoga exercises to teach and assist you on your path of physical, mental and spiritual empowerment. We teach you the principles of knowledge, heart and body so that you may empower yourself and others. Together we can all promote harmony, balance and unity.
